Contracts, invoices and accounting records: 10 years, the statutory retention period
Analytics data in Google Analytics: 14 months (the lifetimes of the cookies in your browser are listed in the table in the Cookie Policy)

When the period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
