Where explicit consent is required, such as for analytics cookies, your data is processed only with your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the hosting, email and analytics providers we use and, upon request, to authorized public institutions and organizations. Some of these providers may have servers located abroad; in that case, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, email, phone, WhatsApp and cookies.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; object to any outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
